Subpoena Notes
- Request for Local Subpoenas: File at least 10 days before court.
- Request for Out-of-Town Subpoenas: File at least 30 days before court.
- Misdemeanor Cases: Up to 6 subpoenas issued for free.
- Felony Cases: Up to 16 subpoenas issued for free.
